i just posted this, but will do it again. im here in the easybay. ALL DAY LONG ive been having bad timeouts. webpages Just arnt loading. normally i use IE, but ive tried firefox and opera and pages are timing out left and right. there is something wrong with latency or pings.

i did a speed test and everything came back OK, however 70% of the websites i visit Everyday keep timing out. www.msn.com is not working at all for me. something is up on comcast end they need to correct.

It started happening to me around 1pm today I changed the DNS to 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.1 and I haven't had any problems since. This is the first time since the ATT/Comcast switch over that I had to change the DNS.

I've got an SMC broadband router. I tried 4.2.2.2 for DNS. when I reboot the router i get "unreachable" at the gateway. the gateway value is blank. What do I put in there?
