I got email notification of a private message regarding something to do with the false positives Ad-Aware has with our product and now I obviously can't check it to see what was written. Hopefully the PM system is preserved, though I could see it getting wiped if the overhaul is a considerable one. I wonder why they bothered to remove the entire Bug Reports and Suggestions sub-forum earlier if they were going to do this all along anyway.

Scaramouche,i too received the same e-mail notification of forum topic reply by IAMSKINZ(Mr J Skinner of LS).i doubt if it was a serious reply since it will never see the light of day.probaly some kind of surreal statement or demonstration of his GSOH.

I would like to think they might be changing even the forum software type..maybe to make it less vulnerable..or even the server type and it's software.. and that surely took some time to do and put in place..but all guesses on my part guys since I never took a real close look at it all during the prior operation.
But i know that to be a good host and can handle much traffic.

Its seems odd to withdrawl the original support forum when the new and improved forum was unavailable.Lavasoft shoot themselve's in the foot again by bad planning and subsequent bad PR again.business as usual by LS! | |
