I tried to make an organization that was based on ethics and integrity to help curb spyware development.
My goal was to "certify" spyware-free developers and their software to promote "good" software development standards.
My goal was never to profit from this.
I tried doing this, and you may be wondering what happened.
Well, it's hard for an unknown "guy" to develop a website and make it big overnight.
Now, if a "Spyware researcher" (NO NAMES WINK WINK) were to do this, the program would gain national media attention.
I believe COAST had a good "idea," but the idea was fueled in the wrong direction by the spyware giants.
I tried putting my idea into motion but I couldn't garner the support of the "big-3" (NO NAMES WINK WINK)
so it died.........
