I did that. But since at the bottom of the form, it said that Firefox users should refresh before submitting (which, of course, won't work), I'm not sure I got through [sigh]

Forgot to say thank you, and I apologize for that. No real excuse but I'm trying to get a horrendous job with a tight deadline finished AND be able to update the software!

FF DOES refresh, but you can lose the data you entered.
However, I DID get through because I got a message from ZA support saying he'd like to confirm it by downloading and installing my software program or if I could provide a link to a trial version.
I can't because this is a very expensive and unique program, protected by a dongle. I was, however, able to put ZA and the vendor in touch, so I'm hoping they work it out . . . ASAP!
