Setting up Limited User accounts might be your best bet.

  I am trying to secure our home PC's so that unauthorized uses of Limewire, Kazaa, WinMx and such does not occur. However I know I will have limited sucess using the netgear router port blocking features. All of the PC's run Win XP Sp2. Any suggestions.
