I have the same issues using Azureus with a D-Link DI-704P over Sprint DSL...I tried capping my download speeds but it still dogs all the other computers on my network...Never could find a solution...Switched over to BitTornado although I do prefer the Azureus interface much better...Just wondering if it might have something to do with the Java....
