[ADSL] UKonline Web Surfing Problems

Since about the 12/04/2005 I have been having problems connecting to websites on the UKonline 8Mb service.

The router connects successfully, I can ping and resolve URL's but when I enter a link in either IE or Firefox no page is displayed. The browser sits there and eventually times out. I have run a tracert and the route seems to be fine.

I have tried 4 different PC's, have restored the default router settings and reconfigured but still no web pages. To make things even more confusing I can connect to my work VPN over the link and that works fine (hence posting this), but disconnect the VPN and nothing... cant get e-mail, FTP, browsing... and I am at a bit of a loss.

Will be trying to call UKOnline technical support on Monday, assuming I can get through but not sure they will be able to tell me much... is anyone else having the similar problems or got any suggestions I can try?

Thanks
Guy

I would be interested to hear their reply as I was having this same problems last night.

I was activated on the 512k product (100 Meg something at work) yesterday and all I have been able to download is about 40k at a time.
