Ok. It was just me being stupid. I upgrade my firewall's firmware and assumed things would have been the same as before. I was wrong. I turns out that now I have additional NAT routes to put configure with Network Objects and firewall rules.

Sorry for the confusion.

I have tried using CuteFTP Server Home (edition) & the stock ftpd software in Solaris 10 for SPARC. I am behind a firewall/router and have had this work in the past when opening port 21 to the WAN and routing it to the IP address of the FTP server.

what FTP software are you using?

I'd suggest Serv-U if you are using IIS.

OR you could transfer it via IRC.

OR you could use gmail (1GB Storage)

OR you could use Yousendit
