Ok. It was just me being stupid. I upgrade my firewall's firmware and assumed things would have been the same as before. I was wrong. I turns out that now I have additional NAT routes to put configure with Network Objects and firewall rules.

I am behind a firewall/router and have had this work in the past when opening port 21 to the WAN and routing it to the IP address of the FTP server. |

I'd suggest Serv-U if you are using IIS.
OR you could transfer it via IRC.
OR you could use gmail (1GB Storage)
