I saw this web host »www.wcshells.com They are cheap and have good hosting plans. I think it's too good to be true. Does anyone else know of them? If you have used them can you please tell me if they are a good host or not. Thank you.

Overselling isn't a bad thing if the host does it at a moderate level and watches resources. Almost every host is doing it unless they charge insane prices. Almost all your services you buy are overselling telephone, internet ect. That's simply how they offer the prices they do

Yeah, everyone oversells. It's common sense that most people are not going to use 100% of what they're given.
