| [Connectivity] Cable>Router>Computer
If I connect my cable modem directly to my computer, the internet works fine. But if I connect my cable modem to my router then the router to my computer...my computer doesn't receive packets, it won't even renew the IP. Anyone have any suggestions?
P.S. Does anyone directly runs their cable modem to their PS2 to play SOCOM II online? because that doesn't work for me. |

| reply to One8th It's a common problem.
What you need to do is fully powercycle your modem (unplug it, wait 2-3 minutes, plug it back in), or clone the mac of your previously connected computer into the router.
