That's nice. Now, even though I already have cable or DSL (or don't want any high speed access), I have to pay for it. 
For all the anonymous trolling you do for the BPL industry, this is not a way to win people to your side. Why should I pay for something I do not need or want?
If you think the utility companies are going to let this provision slide, you are sorely mistaken. |
