The current Board would like show you a brief description of what these available positions will entail:
Chairman: Presiding member of the board
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Development of Project Hope's business goals and growth.
Provides leadership to the Board of Directors.
Helps guide and mediate Board actions with respect to
organizational priorities and governance concerns.
Treasurer: Manages finances of the organization
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing finances of Project Hope
Administrates fiscal matters of the organization
Tracking of funds donated to the project.
Itemization and accounting of all monies contributed to or expended on behalf of Project Hope.
Secretary: Maintains records on behalf of Project Hope
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Collection & safeguard of all documentation for Project Hope.
Ensuring effective management of board actions which includes maintaining board meeting minutes
Members: General Board Seats
Duties include:
Making serious commitments to participate in committee work.
Active participation in all project discussions.
Participates in fund raising for the organization
Volunteers for and willingly accepts assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time
Special Member (no voting): Webmaster Seat
Duties include:
Tending TDPH website; Owner/Administrator TDPH website; ColdinCbus
