This crap has really gotten out of hand.

More and more people are going to jail for what, for all intents and purposes, should be civil matters. So what if 50 cent's CD makes it to some P2P network 2 weeks before it comes out? Someone deserves to spend 3 years in jail for this? Give me a break.

Every day at work, I see people who have committed assaults, robberies and rapes do much less "hard time" than this. We should save our expensive prison space for VIOLENT criminals, not this bogus shit....
