Comcast and TWC offer telephone service (in selected markets), why shouldn't they be considered telcos.

2 edits		 Why should a Cable company drum up support for telco deregulation? I don't understand why SBC are complaining... it's not like Comcast and TWC are telco companies.
If SBC want to drum up support for it, then they should do it.
