Lonely Walk
I've been nominated to pick the topic for week six.

German oompah oompah band in the gazebo serenades the Greatest Generation vets at King, Wisconsin veterans home last Memorial Day weekend while the younger ones rock and roll on by with Harleys. What a great day it was.

I am glad that this thread has not died. I think it's a shame to let any thread die for wont of some thinking.

As to nature hiding itself, that is truly correct. This tiny shot is the ass end of a wasp and as close to it as I was going to get, zoom or not. I don't know what it was doing but it was definitely hiding something in the ground. I watched it from a healthy distance until it flew away. What it hid is still very well covered by black dirt.
