I currently use Vonage's SimulRing with my cell number.
Everything works fine unless i have my cell phone off.
It rings twice and immediately goes to the voicemail of my cell phone.
please help

see the thing with simulring is that which ever party picks up first gets the call. See if there is a way to change you cell phone ring of seconds before voicemail picks up.

We use simultaneous ring and what we do is disable the voice mail on the cell phone. Have people call the home number. If we are away and the cell off than it is on the Vonage voice mail. Call customer service of the cell phone to turn off the voice mail most well let you do that. Some will try to talk you out of it. Many charge you minutes for receiving and retrieving and that is why they try to talk you out of it.
