Here's the deal. Go read an anti muni bill. You will see it is drawn up by the telco's (sbc, verizon, ect..) and is worded to prevent WISPs just as much as it is worded to prevent city's from deploying wi fi. So like it or not, we actually need to fight FOR city's to have the right to deploy broadband.
