No expansion to any unserved area within the municipality after June 30, 2005. And no system upgrades to provide new services after June 30, 2005. Hope you're in the right neighborhood to be covered... Well, I hope your not a WISP, because if it would have went through, no more upgrades. How long would YOU survive? Thanks for the link -- it took a bit for me to find the bill you were referring to. We don't all live in Indiana!

I am a WISP and I would survive just fine. I am neither a political subdivision, nor does a political subdivision have any direct or indirect control over my business. Actually, that is one of the reasons I would never consider locating on a city owned water tower. I have dealt with political subdivisions in other areas of my life and would never want to bring that curse upon my business! |
