And whats to say I didn't buy it from my friend who "didn't need it anymore" and sold it to me for $50?

Maybe, if your are a total weirdo and require your friends to provide recipts, he printed a recipt that he made in word or something. Would MS accept that? Cause if they do I have about 30 recipts right ... uh around here somewhere, I'll have em for ya in 45mins.
