Another suggestion would be to use something like Packet8's Virtual Office. Sounds like it would fit perfect into what you have. »www.packet8.net/about/virtual_office.asp

You could have 2 ext. at one location and 1 at the other. They would both connect over your existing Internet Connection and you wouldn't have to mess with a VPN setup.
