Cellular 911 is almost as bad as Vonage 911. The PSAP operators do not get any location data, and if you are near the county border your call could be routed to the wrong PSAP entirely.

...or in California, you would be routed to the state highway patrol, who will sometimes let you wait in a queue and then try to figure out which PSAP you should really be connected to....
