No it's not server-side, but the SpamBayes Outlook Plug-In works very well with Exchange server connectivity. Particularly in a smaller shop you don't need anything else. And as noted, it's both free and better than just about anything else.
The unique killer feature in that program is the "unsure" folder, so you really NEVER have to check the "spam" folder after a couple of weeks of training.

P.S. Since Bayesian filters really only work well when they're personalized by individual training anyhow, and server-side Bayesian filters still need individual user input to be effective, it may really make sense to forgo server-side. You're only giving up blacklisting and centralized administration.
