Police were called out to a home at 573 Church Street, near Isabella, just before 4am where a 23-year-old woman was shot and killed. Officials believe she's the suspect’s ex-common-law wife.
Sammy Kassim is described as:
* Black
* Two-years-old
* He has brown eyes and black curly hair
* He weighs 40lbs and is three feet tall
Police are also searching for the child’s father, Amin Kassim, who’s described as:
* Black
* 30-years-old
* 6’2”, 220lbs with a muscular build
* He has a shaved head and is missing his right thumb
* He was wearing a white sweater with a red pattern
