| [X] I hate Stuffit Expander Hey guys,
I installed lots of cool apps, and I realized that I needed to open .sit and .sitx files so I downloaded Stuffit Expander 9.0.
Now, whenever I double click a .sit file for example, the dialog window comes up showing that it's extracting the files, and the folder is actually made. But...there is nothing in the folder! For all .sit files!
I uninstalled (dragged folder to the trash) and then re-installed with no luck. I also trashed everything that I could fine with Spotlight, and then re-installed. No dice.
Any other ideas? Any alternatives to Stuffit that I can use? (.dmg's rule) | |

Whitehouse Station, NJ | Re: [X] I hate Stuffit Expander I've had a similar problem since I upgraded to Tiger. Have you tried running them through a second time? For some reason, it works for me the second time around. Kind of annoying, but something I'm just hoping they will fix eventually. | |

Are there any other programs that can expand .sit files? Man this sucks!

2 edits | Wow, this is the weirdest thing. Each time I "extract" by either double clicking or dragging it into the Expander App, I get different amounts of items in the folders each time. Look:
So frustrating.
