| Same problem in Sacto (95825)
Same problem for me. I'm at Watt and 50. We had a tech out over a year ago and told me 400+ customers on my node. Said the nodes would be split within 1 to 3 months. He came out for the third follow-up call a couple weeks ago, and now we're up to almost 600 customers on the node. It still hasn't been split. In the meantime, they're only charging me $20/month. They assured me the nodes will be split within 1 to 3 months. Believe it or not, problem seems to have gotten a lot better as of 3 or 4 days ago. Speed is way up and latency is way down. Maybe they're actually doing something. |
