Adware being detected by Adware/Spyware program

Let's see - Hotbar is 'adware', Sunbelt claimed it to be low risk adware - I don't see any harm here. From the cease and desist letter, Hotbar doesn't even want to be visible as Adware by Adware/Spyware removal programs so that they wan make $$$$. If it is adware, and detected, own up to it.
