Both my numbers are SR. When I first attempted to set up voicemail my main number failed but sig number worked. It took 4 calls to SR before their tech was able to set it up. I noticed SR reviews are either great or awful. I've noticed some software bugs. I think if a number is not set up right SR doesn't know how to fix things. |

I discovered my signature line both forwards and goes to voicemail whether gizmo is on or off. My main line mostly works when gizmo is on, busy when gizmo is off. All settings the same on each line and I have tried about every option. My sig line seems to use my chosen ring count where the main line has a mind of its own, but uses about triple the ring count. |

Delete all voicemail boxes, and recreate them. This solved the problem for me. Now, calls to an unplugged Gizmo go to Voivemail  . It didn't work for me. Still have the same problem after delete/recreate mail boxes. I have to call SR today. hdp. |

| reply to hdp203 SunRocket decided not to delete and rebuild my account. I discovered this when I called back this evening to check the status. My problem with this process is no one communicates with me. I've had the gizmo 3 weeks and see no positive direction toward resolving my issues. A quick scan of the SR reviews show all positive or negative experience with virtually no mixed. Has anyone with a bad start been able to get SunRocket working well? |

| reply to voiplover I agree. That is why I asked them to try the account rebuild before an exchange. Also because I have the time to play today. I have had a series of problems and inconsistencies since I first set up gizmo 3 weeks ago. I think most are portal problems but the voice quality was bad my first 10 days. |

| reply to hdp203 Thanks for the advice. I've set up and deleted the SR voicemail many times. I ask SR support to completely delete my account and re establish everything. They agreed and even offered to send a new gizmo. I asked for them to try the rebuild today with the same gizmo. I'll let you know. |
