The gizmo on my account hasn't worked since the end of March, but call forwarding and voice mail still functions. I know that it is the same way with Packet8 and I imagine most other quality providers.
Give it a try, you may like it.

South Richmond Hill, NY		 I am a SR customer for a month now. So far I have nothing but good comments about their service. I just came across this info today and want to verify in this forum.
Is your gizmo unplugged?

I was just referring to disconnecting the gizmo so that callers would go directly to voice mail instead of bothering you. Ok. Bad humor.
