Yeah, if you can handle all of the customer service BS. Actually, I think a better application would be to have a landlord for a multi-unit office building run a T1 and offer the bandwidth as part of the rent. Maybe offer some greater incentive for office space in some of the old abandoned factories in towns like Cleveland, Youngstown, Toledo, Erie, Pittsburgh, Detroit, etc.
