Problem around Montrose and Cumberland

I've been having a chronic repeating problem for the last 33 days. Every morning, between 7 & 10, DSL drops one or two times.
Most often 7:20 and 9:20 +-50 minutes.
Provider is SBC.
Signal goes from 15dB SNR to 0 to 5dB SNR and loses sync.

SBC will be meeting with me tomorrow morning, hopefully while the problem situation is occurring.
