my cable isp offers 60gb on their 3mbit/384kbit package which i think is reasonable. they also offer 60gb on the 5mbit package which is weak, but the absolute worse is the morons have it on their 256kbit package too.

Also for regular users, if you go over the 40 gigs the first time, you get a warning. Second time you are charged $2 for every gig after the 40Gig mark. Sounds prety reasonable to me.
