my cable isp offers 60gb on their 3mbit/384kbit package which i think is reasonable. they also offer 60gb on the 5mbit package which is weak, but the absolute worse is the morons have it on their 256kbit package too.

Sounds prety reasonable to me. Atleast they don't throttle or kill you alltogether if you go over, they just charge you alittle more.
