A few reminders: 1) Because the order and provisioning process can be lengthy, we wish to remind you that once your service is disconnected, a decision to reconnect will require that you start the process over again from the beginning. 2) If you have signed up for DIRECTV DSL Service under an annual contract, and you are terminating that contract prematurely, you will be subject to a $199.00 cancellation fee (as stated in the contract). 3) Within 7-10 days after the disconnect, you will receive an air bill to return the DIRECTV DSL Gateway. Failure to return the DIRECTV DSL Gateway within 30 days of disconnect will result in a $499.00 lost Gateway fee. Replying to this email will serve as your official request to disconnect DIRECTV DSL Service. Please note that your DIRECTV DSL account will remain active and billable until we receive this email authorization to disconnect your service.
