Suspicious processes keep coming back

It's on our family PC, running XP Pro.

I run Spybot, Adaware every week or so, always kept up to date.

AVG is always running and up to date.

For some reason though I keep having xyurcfo.exe and farmmest.exe processes come back. I've scanned, and found nothing. If I end task on them they appear again right away.

Booted into safe mode, and managed to remove the files. They also had msconfig start entries, which I disabled.

However, on reboot they just came back again.

Is there anything I can do besides a format? Or should I even worry about this?

is it farmmest or farmmext?

farmmext is in Spybots database, so it should remove it if you have Spybot updated and working properly.
