| [SunRocket] Inbound calls go to voicemail
I am having a problem with SunRocket where sometimes (very random) calls will go to voicemail without the phone ringing.
I thought it could be because the Gizmo was behind my router, I tried to place it in front of the router and the same issue persists.
Any clues? I have a stable internet connection, I used Packet8 for almost a year with the only problems being Packet8 outages.

1 edit | I have this problem whenever I receive a call on P8. I have to shut the network down then reboot, leaving the gizmo and dta for several minutes and cross my fingers.
It seems to be a port issue between the gizmo and SR's sip server. I can't wait to get more IPs and bandwidth.  |
