The Install Wizard simplifies using themes downloaded from the Internet, automatically finding the files needed, and installing them to the appropriate places. The Package Wizard allows you distribute your theme as a self-installing package or .zip file. Before installing, you can preview every element, including the icons, sounds, animated logo previews, and screen savers. This version adds transparent desktop icons, a quick-theme tab in the Display Properties, and a tray icon.
(WindowsXP supports desktop themes only in the 'classic design' mode)
