archonixm join:2003-05-25 Malaysia	I never tweaked my connection before. And this is a new install of Win XP, so impossible to have a tweaked connection unless Win XP tweaked it itself.

archonixm join:2003-05-25 Malaysia	I've tested out some cc yesterday and find out their IP is 218.111 which I was never to get onto and their ping is low 20ms. Hmmm looks like their on new DSLAM at my place and each DSLAM have their own connection. I thought it was shared among all the DSLAM, I have somehow let me jump to new DSLAM LoL.
