I'm on the 400 minute, $39.99/month plan. However, I receive a $4.00 credit each month for being on the OneBill plan (having my local & wireless bills sent together) so the taxes I pay would be less then what you'd pay at the full $39.99 rate.
But here's what the get me for at the $35.99/month I pay after my credit;

EDIT: The MA tax rate is 5% but the rest of the taxes (fed,usf, etc) are likely similar to what you pay in NYC
