your stats are good,
does it only happen with Firefox? does IE give you any issues? maybe u need to reinstall Firefox, try hitting the reset on the back of modem. DNS issue? no idea i'm no expert.

Jacksonville, FL		 Yeah, it sounded kinda like DNS to me too. I'm looking into changing the DNS servers now...
