I have been out since 6/13 and have been jerked around by comcast also. They tell me the outage was fixed 6/15.BS! They will have to see my place. So I make an appointment for Sat 6/18. No show. I call to ask why and was told they did not have to come in my place because it was *outage* related and they are still working on it.*BS* 6/20 still no service.:( I was told there was no outage and they would send someone out. I told them they had one more chance, nice of me no? We will see what they have to say Sat, 6/25. I know SBC/Yahoo has a nice offer for 1.5M-3.0M $24.95. And if they can not get me back on the net this weekend I will be signing up with SBC the first chance I get!
