This has been killing us too.
When Comcast conks out, we lose the DHCP on our router and everything has to be reset.
All we get when we call is (if we get through) we are working on it. |

| I have been out since 6/13 and have been jerked around by comcast also. They tell me the outage was fixed 6/15.BS! They will have to see my place. So I make an appointment for Sat 6/18. No show. I call to ask why and was told they did not have to come in my place because it was *outage* related and they are still working on it.*BS* 6/20 still no service.:( I was told there was no outage and they would send someone out. I told them they had one more chance, nice of me no? We will see what they have to say Sat, 6/25. I know SBC/Yahoo has a nice offer for 1.5M-3.0M $24.95. And if they can not get me back on the net this weekend I will be signing up with SBC the first chance I get! |
