| Sympatico customer service is incompetent!
A friend of mine signed up for Sympatico a few months ago and everything was going along ok until they cut off her access without notice. She called them and was told they had been debiting the wrong account for her service, so instead of calling her to correct the problem they suspended her account! They took her billing info again and reconnected her account and a week later they cut off her service again, she called them a second time and got a complete idiot on the phone who put her on hold and left her there with no intention of ever coming back on the line, so she called again and the next CSR apologized and said the person who had entered her billing info the last time made another mistake, this CSR said he corrected the error and got her account activated again. Two days later she had NO DSL LIGHT on the modem! This time she's cancelling her service and switching ROGERS!
Sympatico is losing this customer because of their complete incompetence. |

| How sad. There is hardly an ISP out there that takes their home customers seriously.What she should have done was requested to speak to level2 techs or a manager regarding this matter.
