I'm back up in Annapolis, MD. I had dial tone, but could not make outgoing calls. Called member services from my cellphone. Before I could get someone on the phone, I decided to try one more time to make a call, and it went through. I should've stayed online with member services to find out what was going on. |

Got home at 3pm , it was dead a few minutes and now this evening. Problem is my wife really does need a phone now, as she is working from home. I could live without a phone, my business is all Cell phone. I remember broadband in the 90's being bad, and am just hoping the Voip ride will get better with time. |

| PMFJI, but if your wife is making business calls you should get her a business class VOIP provider, not the rock bottom priced mass marketed gimmick (free phones! Weeee!) provider. They know they're the low price provider ... and you know that they know that they're the low price provider ... and you should realize that they know that as the low price provider they rationalize that they don't have to offer the same grade of service as a business class VOIP provider. |
