| I'm back up in Annapolis, MD. I had dial tone, but could not make outgoing calls. Called member services from my cellphone. Before I could get someone on the phone, I decided to try one more time to make a call, and it went through. I should've stayed online with member services to find out what was going on. | |

Weeee!) provider. They know they're the low price provider ... and you know that they know that they're the low price provider ... and you should realize that they know that as the low price provider they rationalize that they don't have to offer the same grade of service as a business class VOIP provider. | |
