CDF.EXE really spyware?

I did a search for it and I found CDF.EXE as spyware on a few pages. Is it really spyware? I installed the SBC yahoo software and it came with it. If it's Spyware, is it alright to delete it?

Why don't you submit it to

and

»virusscan.jotti.org/

Edit: Usually I never use any connection software unless it's necessary.

Maybe this is better served by moving it here: »AT&T West now that you are wanting removal instructions, the people there should be able to help you and maybe even explain why it is there to begin with.

It SOUNDS like it *might* be like backweb and Kodak or HP who bundle it for legitimate purposes, but I'm not 100% sure.

Good luck to you!!

ed. spelling.

No it will not kill your connection and you did not need to Install your ISP's CD all you had to do Is plug-in your modem to the NIC card and that's it
