CHANGE YOUR SPLITTER ON THE BOX, GO RADIOSHACK AND BUY
AND NEW 2.4GHZ SATTELITE SPLITTER, THAT WILL FIX IT!!!
THE COMCAST ONE BY THEM IS A PIECE OF CRAP. CHANGE ALL OF THEM, YOU'LL SEE NO MORE PROBLEMS!!! |

| what do you mean by "Splitter" on the box. Are you talking about splitting the cable where it goes to TV and one to Modem?
I've already replaced that splitter. Makes no difference.
Comcast is down for me today. Don't know why, they report no outage.

| My question is,....Why are you still with them? Why would you spend your hard earned money on a piece of shit service like that? I got WAY tired of their crap and canceled. There are good hsi service providers out there, trust me, you just have to find them. |
