 [Praise] SurpassHosting.com: SUPERB SUPPORT!

It's worth the $$$ to sign up for web hosting with this company, just to experience support that is helpful and QUICK. And I do mean QUICK.

I had a bit of a bumpy road getting started - I got a confirmation email that my order was received, but never got an email notifying me that the order had been processed. 2 days later, I emailed support and they resolved the problem immediately.

Once I got the email notifying me that my order had been processed, I began to build the site. But the link they gave me to the cpanel didn't work since my DNS isn't propagated yet. I emailed a question and got an immediate response with a link I could use until the DNS propagated.

Other hosts I've used usually take a MINIMUM of 24 hours to answer a simple question. It's really outstanding to be able to get immediate answers, particularly from a low-cost provider.

I HIGHLY recommend SurpassHosting.com to anyone who is looking for a good low-cost host!

Same here. While the billing department can be a real pain to reach, support has been amazing. I've sent tickets at all hours and always get a quick response.

Thumbs to Surpass.

Another thumbs up here.
I signed up with Surpass a couple of months ago (thanks removed!). The first week was a little rocky because the hard drive went out on the server I was on but support was amazing and fast, not to mention friendly and kept me up to date on their progress.
About a week after I got my site up I had a couple of newbie questions, placed a ticket at around 9 am on a Sunday morning and had a response back within minutes. The following day I emailed support about changing something in my account which required an Admin and had received 2 replies back and my request was honored within a half hour. I love them and would recommend them to anyone!
