That's the known dog, I had one and was sent a replacement, which was a Rev C, made in USA with a manufacture date of 2/2005. It works perfectly. Call tech support and tell them you want a replacement sent. |

what do you mean by dog? i have the same model no, rev, and made in china as inpain.
i can't connect to the internet two weeks after my srd date.
all my lights are solid green, except for internet, which is either solid red or no light at all. should i send for a replacement? if so, what model no, rev, make should i request? |

2 edits | Hi. I was gonna post something similar I also have a Verizon WESTELL 327W Gateway REV E made in China manufactured in 2004. ALL of the ports won't work anymore except the wireless connection for my son's PC. And Tech Support/Billing was a total pain! They want me to PAY for a replacement....I also have my Xbox360 connected to it for Xbox Live and nowadays it always kicks me off XBL (regardless of which port I have the Ethernet cable plugged into)! Should I buy one from Verizon or fight for a free replacement? Or just buy a non-Westell Gateway from BestBuy? |
