Well, always like to give benefit of doubt to the new kid on the block, but the wording is odd throughout. They are in luxembourg, so hopefully they know somebody with english as a first language.
My fav = in the "security" section of ToU: Send an email request and they'll tell you what's stored on your account?! Whoa.

Right of information
