They might as well sue Novell, Microsoft, Cisco whoever came up with IPX/SPX/NetBIOS and TCP/IP. Sue anyone short of two soup cans with a string in between them for that matter.
Someone should sue gun manufacturers as well for killing people which is way better than the automobile analogy.
