Yeah, but what happens to your connection when you actually USE 100mbps for more than 10ms?

You get capped at 33.6 speeds just to tick you off, and they won't upgrade you to the 56 k speed tier either.

Anyone notice that Cablevision is offering this in Oyster Bay LI (a high income town) and not in let's say Roosevelt LI (a low income town)?
